GOEX Corporation is a family-owned plastic extrusion company that has led the industry for over 30 years. We produce custom plastic sheet and roll stock for the printing, medical, electronics, and packaging industries. Our Cedar City facility is clean, temperature-controlled, and operates under a zero landfill policy.


Position Summary:


As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring raw materials and finished goods meet GOEX and customer specifications. This includes performing inspections, recording results, conducting lab testing, and maintaining quality documentation.


Key Responsibilities:


Perform Incoming, First Piece, In-Process, and Final Inspections according to documented QA procedures Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gloss meters, and scales to collect and record inspection data Conduct visual inspections and determine material acceptability Coordinate and document the HOLD process for nonconforming materials Complete customer-specific testing in the QA lab Accurately document all results in both electronic and paper systems Assist with equipment calibrations and ensure tools are in working order Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab and inspection areas Identify and report errors or trends to supervisors for resolution Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical and math skills Basic computer/data entry proficiency Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure 20/20 vision (corrected is acceptable); must not be colorblind Previous 12-hour shift experience preferred but not required Benefits:

12-hour night shift (5:50 PM - 6:00 AM)


2-2-3 rotating schedule (7 days worked every 14 days)


Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat Week 2: Sun, Wed, Thurs Pay:


Starting at $24.07/hr

$3.00/hr Night & Weekend Premium
