Overview


Are you a motivated leader with strong mechanical skills and a passion for optimizing production? GOEX Corporation is looking for a Night Shift Production Supervisor to oversee our night operations and ensure our standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are met. We are looking for a leader who remains calm under pressure, approaches challenges with professionalism, and bases decisions on data and logical reasoning - someone who leads with a balanced perspective and avoids letting personal pride or self-importance interfere with teamwork or decision-making.


Responsibilities


Supervise, train, and develop night shift production employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Monitor production processes to achieve safety, quality, and operational efficiency goals. Perform audits of the production floor to ensure compliance with safety standards, adherence to 5S principles, implementation of autonomous maintenance practices, optimization of set-up processes, and alignment with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Manage nightly production schedules, coordinating resources such as staffing, equipment, and materials. Oversee machine start-ups, quality inspections, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Encourage and motivate team members to perform at their best and contribute to process improvements. Maintain accurate production records and ensure daily reports are completed. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications


High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or education is a plus. 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to make informed decisions based on data and experience. Familiarity with safety and food safety standards (where applicable). Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and navigating a production floor.
Schedule and Pay:


Hours: 5:00 PM - 6:00 AM, 2x2x3 schedule. Every other weekend.


Starting Pay: $74,000 annually, with potential for higher pay based on experience.
