Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. CCTV & Security Monitoring:

Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage for any unusual or suspicious activity. Ensure smooth functioning of all cameras and systems. Log and report any equipment issues or security concerns.

2. Equipment & Sensor Monitoring:

Keep track of operational alerts from HVAC, fire, water, elevator, and energy systems. Report abnormalities and coordinate with the engineering team.

3. Computer & Reporting Tasks:

Use monitoring software and MS Office tools to create daily shift and incident reports. Maintain digital records and assist in system data backups.

4. Emergency Response:

Act as the central point of contact during emergencies. Follow SOPs to escalate issues to relevant departments.

5. Communication & Coordination:

Maintain professional communication with security personnel and support teams. Coordinate with IT, engineering, and facilities for technical issues.

Desired Candidate Profile (Freshers Only):

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

in

Computer Applications, Electronics, IT

, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, basic troubleshooting). Basic knowledge of CCTV and sensor-based monitoring systems. Keen eye for detail and ability to stay focused during long monitoring hours. Good communication skills (spoken and written English).

Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
