Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related surveillance equipment.
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems.
Handle cabling work including electrical wiring, network cables, and camera connections.
Ensure CCTV installations comply with safety standards and company guidelines.
Provide support for system upgrades, relocations, or modifications at client or company sites.
Maintain daily service reports and submit to HR department.
Desktop Support Responsibilities
Provide basic desktop and IT support for systems, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Assist users with operating system issues, software installation, and system configuration.
Troubleshoot basic network connectivity, email setup, and common hardware problems.
Maintain records of system issues, installations, and IT assets.
Maintain daily service reports and submit to HR department.
