Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced CCTV & Access Control Technician to handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of electronic security systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in CCTV, biometric devices, access control panels, and networking, with the ability to provide reliable technical support and ensure smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (IP & Analog), DVR/NVR, and related security equipment. Install, program, and maintain access control systems (biometric devices, RFID, card readers, door controllers, and electric locks). Conduct routine maintenance, system upgrades, and preventive checks. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, cabling, and connectivity issues in CCTV and access control systems. Perform site surveys, system testing, and commissioning of projects. Ensure proper alignment, focusing, and coverage of surveillance cameras. Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation of installations. Provide technical support and training to end-users as required. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry standards during installation and service work.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CCTV / Access Control Technician or in a similar security system role. Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR, access control devices, biometric/RFID systems, and power supply setups. Good understanding of computer networking (IP configuration, LAN/WAN, port forwarding). Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and manuals. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field preferred. Physically fit for field work and working at heights. Good communication skills for client interaction

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
