Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (analog & IP).
Run and terminate cables (Cat5e, Cat6, coaxial, fiber, etc.).
Mount cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related network equipment.
Diagnose and repair CCTV or network issues in the field.
Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance.
Ensure installations meet company, safety, and industry standards.
Provide client support and training on system operations.
Maintain detailed service records and reports.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred).
1-3 years of experience in CCTV/security system installation or related field.
Strong understanding of IP networks, video storage, and access control systems.
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
Basic knowledge of power tools and hand tools.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
Experience with brands like Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, or Honeywell.
Knowledge of access control, alarm, and intercom systems.
Basic networking skills (IP addressing, port forwarding, etc.).
Certification in low-voltage or security systems (e.g., ESA, BICSI, CompTIA Network+).
