Job Title: CCTV & IT Service Technician (Computers, Printers & Installation)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Service Technician

to join our team. The role involves

installation, servicing, and troubleshooting

of CCTV surveillance systems, computers, printers, and related IT equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations at client sites and providing excellent technical support.

Responsibilities

Install and configure

CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and network cabling

. Perform

maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs

of CCTV systems. Install, configure, and troubleshoot

desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners

. Diagnose and resolve

hardware/software issues

for clients. Provide

on-site and remote technical support

. Maintain proper

documentation of service calls

and report to the service manager. Ensure

timely completion of installation and service requests

. Educate customers on proper use and basic troubleshooting of systems.
Requirements

ITI/Diploma/Graduate in

Electronics / Computer Science / IT

(preferred). 1-3 years of experience in

CCTV installation, computer & printer service

. Good knowledge of

networking, IP configuration, and hardware troubleshooting

. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Willingness to travel to client locations. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
