Proven experience in CCTV installation and maintenance (analog & IP-based systems), Biometric, Access control & fire alarm etc Install, configure, and test

wireless and wired CCTV cameras

, NVR/DVR systems, network switches, routers, and related security equipment. Knowledge of DVR/NVR systems, networking, and power backup solutions. Ability to use tools such as drills, ladders, testers, and cable crimpers. Understanding of data cabling (Cat5e, Cat6), PoE switches, and wireless cameras. Willingness to travel to client sites and work flexible hours. Perform site inspections and suggest suitable surveillance solutions. Integrate and align wireless devices for stable connectivity. Conduct troubleshooting and regular maintenance visits as required. Attend service calls promptly and ensure minimal downtime. Maintain installation/service documentation and compliance records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field. 2-3 years of work experience in

CCTV installation and maintenance

, including wireless surveillance systems. Strong knowledge of

IP CCTV

, networking switches, POE, Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience in fiber splicing/termination (advantage). Ability to identify and rectify technical faults quickly. Good communication skills and willingness to travel within Kanniyakumari.
