Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CCTV Technician to install, maintain, and repair CCTV systems. The successful candidate will have a technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Commissioning: Install and commission CCTV systems, ensuring they are configured and functioning correctly.

2. Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CCTV systems, identifying and resolving technical issues promptly.

3. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues with CCTV systems, using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems.

4. System Upgrades: Upgrade and modify CCTV systems to ensure they remain working and effective.

5. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

1. Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of CCTV systems, including IP and analog cameras, NVRs, and DVRs.

2. Experience: Proven experience as a CCTV technician, with a strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems.

3. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CCTV installation or electronics, are desirable.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.

5. Physical Ability: Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various environmental conditions.

6. Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

7. Problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

8. Willingness to adapt to changing situations and priorities.

The salary and benefits package for this role will be competitive, reflecting the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
