Job Description

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Respond to service requests and resolve issues promptly. Support the setup and maintenance of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi. Install and update software applications and operating systems. Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation. Assist in the procurement and disposal of IT equipment. Manage CCTV and access control systems. Assist in setting up new CCTV systems in new branches or sites. Operate and manage CCTV equipment including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, monitors, and video management systems (VMS). Backup important footage as per retention policies (e.g., 30-day backup requirement).
