The technician will handle on-site service, attend client calls, and ensure proper functioning of all security systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related security equipment.
Perform maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting for existing CCTV systems.
Conduct site surveys and plan camera placements.
Handle wiring, cabling, and system setup as per company standards.
Ensure proper functioning of surveillance equipment and resolve technical issues.
Visit client locations for installation and service requests.
Prepare daily service reports and maintain documentation.
Coordinate with the service team and update project status.
Provide customer support and basic product training to clients when required.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
as a CCTV Technician.
Knowledge of CCTV systems, cabling, IP cameras, DVR/NVR configuration.
Understanding of networking basics (LAN, IP settings, router configurations).
Ability to diagnose and fix technical issues efficiently.
Willingness to travel to client sites in and around Calicut.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field preferred.
