Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated CCTV Technician to join our team at

Trivandrum

. The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support showroom. This is a field-based, hands-on technical role requiring strong problem-solving abilities service skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

Install and configure CCTV at our showroom. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Respond promptly to service requests, providing on-site or remote support. Train clients on system usage, software operations, and best practices. Maintain detailed service logs, installation reports, and client records. Coordinate with internal teams for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) service scheduling. Ensure all installations comply with safety and company standards. Stay updated with new technologies and access control product developments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or a related technical field. 1-2 years of experience in CCTV Technician or security system installation/service preferred. Have experience of CCTV of all major DVR, IP devices installation. Familiarity with wiring, IP networking, and system integration. Good communication and client-handling skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on field. Basic knowledge of MS Office and service documentation. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
