Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and skilled professionals to join our team as CCTV Security System Support staff, who will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our surveillance infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems and related security infrastructure. Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to surveillance hardware and software. Respond to technical support requests in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and equipment inventory. Collaborate with other technical teams for system upgrades and network integration.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR, and networking concepts. ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field preferred. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. Willingness to travel to multiple locations for support as required.
