We are looking for a CCTV Technician Helper to assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV and security systems. The ideal candidate will support senior technicians, handle tools and materials, and help ensure security systems are installed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in installing CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, monitors, and related equipment
Support technicians with cabling (LAN, power, coaxial, fiber if required)
Help mount cameras, brackets, and conduits
Perform basic system testing and camera adjustments
Assist in troubleshooting connectivity and hardware issues
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
Follow safety procedures and company policies
Provide on-site support during maintenance and repair visits
Requirements & Skills:
Basic knowledge of CCTV systems or willingness to learn
Understanding of electrical and network cabling is a plus
Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
Physically fit (able to climb ladders and work at heights)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work flexible hours or on-site locations
