Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain
CCTV systems
, DVRs/NVRs, and IP cameras.
Install and service
digital door locks
, biometric access systems, and other access control devices.
Troubleshoot and repair system issues including wiring, connections, software settings, and hardware faults.
Run and terminate network and low-voltage cabling.
Perform regular maintenance checks and system updates.
Provide technical support to clients and explain system operations.
Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and equipment usage.
