Job Title:

CCTV Surveillance & Security Administrator

Candidate should have a educational background of bachelor's degree or Diploma.
Minimum

2-5 years of experience

in CCTV surveillance, security systems management, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to detect suspicious or unauthorized activities. Ensure 24/7 operation of CCTV systems, maintaining optimal camera coverage and functionality. Conduct routine checks and inspections of all CCTV cameras, recording systems, and network connections. Retrieve and archive video footage for investigations, audits, or management reviews. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all surveillance data. Administer and manage security systems including access control, alarms, and visitor management systems. Configure and update user access levels, credentials, and permissions in security software. Monitor and respond to alarms or system alerts promptly, coordinating with response teams when needed. Liaise with IT and vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure integration between CCTV and other security systems. Review CCTV footage to assist in incident investigations and provide evidence when required. Prepare detailed incident, maintenance, and operational reports for management and law enforcement agencies. Record and maintain accurate logs of security-related incidents and system performance. Support emergency response activities and participate in security drills. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of all security equipment. Coordinate with contractors and service providers for system installation, upgrades, and repairs. Keep inventory of all security-related hardware and software assets. Ensure all security equipment complies with safety and data protection regulations. Ensure CCTV and surveillance operations comply with privacy, data protection, and local security regulations. Maintain documentation for CCTV network diagrams, configurations, and maintenance records. Provide training and technical support to security staff on operating CCTV and security systems. Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in security surveillance.
