Position:

CCTV surveillance operator

About the role:

A CCTV operator plays a crucial role in maintaining safety and security. They monitor live video feeds, review recorded footage, and report any suspicious activities or security breaches. This involves operating and maintaining CCTV equipment, ensuring proper system functioning, and collaborating with security personnel. They also assist in investigations by providing footage and evidence to law enforcement when needed.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring and Surveillance:

CCTV operators constantly monitor live video feeds and recorded footage from cameras throughout the store.

Incident Identification:

They look for signs of suspicious or unusual behavior, potential security breaches, or any incidents that may disrupt the store's operations or safety.

Communication and Reporting:

Operators communicate with security personnel, management, and potentially law enforcement to report incidents and provide detailed information about suspicious activities or security breaches.

System Maintenance:

CCTV operators ensure that the CCTV system is functioning correctly, including checking camera functionality, recording, and storage.

Evidence Collection and Preservation:

They gather and preserve video footage as evidence for investigations, ensuring the integrity of the footage for potential legal proceedings.

Collaboration with Security:

Operators work closely with security personnel to respond to incidents, aid, and ensure the safety of the store's employees and customers.

Candidate requirements:

Should be ready to work 12 hours Known Languages - Telugu, Hindi, English Education - Graduate Industry - Retail Experience - 3 yrs min
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
