Job Summary:

The CCTV Surveillance Executive for monitoring CCTV cameras across our 3 jewelry showroom branches to ensure safety, prevent theft or misconduct, and report any suspicious activities in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live CCTV footage of all showroom branches continuously Identify and report suspicious activities, theft, or policy violations Maintain daily surveillance logs and incident reports Coordinate with branch managers and security teams during emergencies Ensure all cameras are functioning properly and report technical issues Review recorded footage when required for audits or investigations Maintain strict confidentiality of surveillance data Follow company security protocols and standard operating procedures Monitor staff activity to ensure compliance with store policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (graduates preferred) Experience in CCTV monitoring, security, or surveillance preferred Basic computer knowledge and the ability to operate CCTV systems Strong observation and attention to detail Ability to stay alert for long hours Good communication skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in a jewelry showroom or retail security Knowledge of theft-prevention techniques Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
