Exp : 0.6 - 2 years Roles :
- Monitor live feeds from CCTV cameras to detect suspicious behavior or security breaches.
- Conduct routine patrols of premises via CCTV to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Report unusual or unauthorized activities to appropriate authorities or security personnel.
- Respond promptly to incidents captured on CCTV, such as theft or vandalism.
- Coordinate with security personnel and law enforcement agencies to address security breaches.
- Provide real-time support to on-site security teams in managing security incidents.
- Perform regular checks and maintenance on CCTV systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with CCTV equipment and collaborate with technical support teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of CCTV footage, incidents, and related documentation.
- Review and archive recorded footage for investigative or evidentiary purposes.
- Analyze CCTV footage and security data to identify trends, patterns, or vulnerabilities.
- Prepare detailed reports and summaries of security incidents and findings.
- Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and best practices in surveillance technology.
- Implement measures to safeguard privacy and confidentiality of individuals captured on CCTV footage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in surveillance preferred.
- Proven experience in CCTV surveillance, security operations, or related field.
- Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and related software.
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Technical aptitude for troubleshooting CCTV equipment and software.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and privacy considerations related to CCTV surveillance.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in surveillance or security management preferred.
- Proven experience in CCTV surveillance, security operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in operating CCTV systems, including cameras, monitors, DVRs/NVRs, and related software.
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills, with the ability to identify suspicious behavior or security threats.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with security teams and law enforcement agencies.
- Technical aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving issues with CCTV equipment and software.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and privacy considerations related to CCTV surveillance.
