Required Technical Skill Set

Hardware & networking (Minimum 12th pass; preference for candidates with IT, electronics, or security operations experience.)

Desired Experience Range

3 to 4 Years (Prior experience in CCTV monitoring, control room operations, or exam/security management is desirable.)

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

Basic technical knowledge of CCTV systems (cameras, DVR/NVR, IP networks).

Knowledge of operating systems (Windows)

Ability to work under pressure and remain alert for extended periods.

Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Email).

Good-to-Have

Good technology background

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Understanding of data security and privacy compliance

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

-CCTV & Network Management at exam venues.

-Continuously monitor live CCTV feeds to identify and report suspicious activity, malpractice, or technical faults

-Day to day Operations support for CCTV monitoring at exam venues.

-Check and confirm operational status of all CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, monitors, and storage devices before the exam

-Provide Status update at regular interval for CCTV

-Support any footage retrieval requests from authorized officials for audit, dispute resolution, or investigation.

-Ensure proper storage and secure backup of CCTV footage as per customer policy

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ?15,000.00 per month
