Key Responsibilities
As a Service Support Executive, your primary duties will include:
Onsite & Remote Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical assistance for our range of CCTV cameras, Digital Video Recorders (DVR), Network Video Recorders (NVR), and associated security products.
Installation & Configuration: Execute the installation, configuration, and demonstration of products at client premises, ensuring optimal setup and functionality.
Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Promptly and accurately diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network-related issues concerning our security systems.
Service Management: Manage and maintain service tickets and detailed service reports. Escalate unresolved or critical cases to the senior technical team with clear documentation.
Product Training: Conduct hands-on product training and demonstrations for channel partners and clients to ensure proper product utilization and understanding.
Operational Coordination: Collaborate effectively with the sales, logistics, and technical teams to streamline service operations and inventory management.
Customer Satisfaction: Act as a brand ambassador to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strictly uphold company service quality standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in CCTV or Electronic Security system servicing.
Strong knowledge of IP CCTV systems, networking, routing & configuration.
Ability to handle field service independently.
Excellent communication & customer-handling skills.
Must be open to travel within assigned region.
Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, Telecom, or relevant technical field.
