CCTV Service & Installation Engineer

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CCTV Service & Installation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV systems for both residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

Installation:

Plan and execute the installation of various CCTV systems, including IP cameras, analog systems, and hybrid solutions. Install cameras, DVRs/NVRs, monitors, and other related equipment. Configure and test systems to ensure optimal performance and image quality. Perform network cabling and wiring for CCTV systems. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.

Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance checks on existing CCTV systems. Diagnose and repair faulty equipment, including cameras, recorders, and other components. Replace faulty parts and upgrade systems as needed. Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.

Service:

Respond to service calls from clients in a timely and professional manner. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with CCTV systems. Provide technical guidance and support to clients.

Customer Service:

Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner. Explain technical information to clients in an understandable way. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Other Duties:

Maintain accurate records of all work performed. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CCTV Service & Installation Engineer (minimum 2 years). Strong understanding of CCTV systems, including IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and network infrastructure. Experience with network cabling, wiring, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of CCTV system software and applications. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of 1 a team.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
