Key Responsibilities
1. Training Delivery
Conduct product training sessions for internal staff, distributors, and dealers nationwide.
Deliver training through multiple formats:
o One-on-one meetings for personalized learning.
o Group meetings/workshops for team-based knowledge sharing.
o Online training (Zoom/virtual platforms) for remote participants.
Demonstrate product features, installation processes, and troubleshooting techniques.
Ensure participants gain practical knowledge and confidence in handling products.
2. Content Development
Design training modules, presentations, and manuals for CCTV, NVR, DVR, POE, Television, and Interactive Touch Panels.
Create easy-to-understand product guides, FAQs, and video tutorials.
Update training materials regularly to reflect new product launches and upgrades.
3. Product Awareness & Knowledge Building
Act as the knowledge ambassador for Prizor Viztech Limited's product portfolio.
Spread product awareness within the organization and across external stakeholders.
Ensure consistent messaging about product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Support marketing and sales teams with product knowledge during campaigns and dealer meets.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with sales, technical, and marketing teams to align training with business goals.
Engage distributors and dealers to strengthen product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Collect feedback from trainees to improve training effectiveness.
5. Monitoring & Reporting
Track training sessions conducted, attendance, and learning outcomes.
Prepare reports on training effectiveness and product awareness initiatives.
Recommend improvements to enhance product knowledge dissemination.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of CCTV, NVR, DVR, POE, Television, and Interactive Touch Panel technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Proficiency in training delivery methods (classroom, online, practical demonstrations).
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with staff, distributors, and dealers.
Familiarity with Zoom and other online training platforms.
Qualifications
Graduate in Electronics, IT, or related field (MBA or technical certifications preferred).
Prior experience in product training, technical support, or sales enablement in the electronics/security industry.
Hands-on knowledge of installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of surveillance and display systems.
Performance Indicators
Number of training sessions conducted (one-on-one, group, online).
Improvement in product knowledge among staff, distributors, and dealers.
Increased product adoption and sales support effectiveness.
Positive feedback scores from training participants.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
