Job Description

Core responsibilities:

Experience Should be minimum 3 To 7 Years, Preferably Male candidate.

Industry: Lead Manufacturing

Surveillance and monitoring:

Continuously monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to detect threats, suspicious activity, and security breaches.

Incident response:

Respond promptly to security alerts, coordinate with on-site security and emergency services (like police or fire departments), and implement emergency protocols when necessary.

Equipment maintenance:

Perform regular checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV cameras, recording devices, and related software to ensure they are operational.

Reporting and documentation:

Maintain detailed logs of all surveillance activities and incidents. Prepare and submit comprehensive incident reports for management review.

Team supervision:

Manage and supervise a team of security guards, which can include scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance.

Policy and compliance:

Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations, and help develop and implement security policies.

Coordination and communication:

Liaise with management and other relevant departments (e.g., HR, Facilities) regarding security matters and collaborate with law enforcement as needed.

Required skills and qualifications

Technical skills:

Proficient knowledge of CCTV systems, including operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Observational skills:

Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills to effectively identify unusual activities on camera.

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to write detailed reports and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Problem-solving:

Ability to think quickly and logically, especially in emergency situations.

Calm under pressure:

Ability to remain calm and act decisively during stressful situations.

Experience:

Previous experience in a security role, with specific experience in CCTV monitoring, is often preferred.

Education:

A high school diploma is typically required, with additional security training or certifications being advantageous.
