Overview

The CCTV Operator will be responsible for continuous monitoring, maintenance, and effective functioning of the school's CCTV surveillance system. The role is critical to ensuring the safety and security of students and staff members in the school campus, timely identification of risks, and availability of footage for internal review or external scrutiny


The key responsibilities will be as follows:

Continuously monitor live CCTV feeds across the school campus to ensure safety and security. Identify and promptly report any suspicious activity, safety risks, misconduct, or potential threats to the designated school authorities. Maintain heightened vigilance during school hours, events, examinations, arrivals, dispersals, and emergencies. Ensure CCTV recordings are properly stored, backed up, and retrievable as per school policies and legal requirements. Retrieve, review, and provide CCTV footage promptly during audits, investigations, parental concerns, disciplinary matters, or statutory inspections. Maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy of all surveillance records. Maintain daily logs of surveillance activities, system uptime, and reported incidents. Assist school management during inquiries by providing factual video evidence and observations. Proactively flag blind spots, malfunctioning cameras, or areas needing additional surveillance.

Candidate's profile requirements are as follows

- Minimum:

Graduate / Diploma / ITI

(Electronics, IT, or related field preferred). Certification in CCTV systems or security systems will be an added advantage.

2-5 years

of experience in CCTV monitoring, security surveillance, or facility security management Basic knowledge of CCTV software, video playback, and troubleshooting. Strong observation skills with high attention to detail. Ability to remain alert, calm, and discreet in sensitive situations. Good computer skills (email, reports, footage handling). Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and responsibility

Salary range Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 22,000/-

Working Time 7.50 am - 4.00 pm/ Sat are half day
