Job Description

Monitor and observe surveillance footage:

Watch multiple cameras to identify suspicious activity, security breaches, health and safety violations, or emergencies.

Incident management and reporting:

Immediately report any unusual activity to a supervisor or other security personnel, and contact emergency services when necessary.

Maintain and retrieve footage:

Store and archive video footage securely, and retrieve specific clips upon request for investigations by management or law enforcement.

Document all activity:

Keep detailed and accurate logs of all surveillance activities, shift handovers, and incidents.

Operate and maintain equipment:

Possess a thorough understanding of all surveillance equipment, including cameras, monitors, and video management software. Conduct regular checks to ensure all equipment is functioning correctly.

Communicate effectively:

Maintain clear and concise communication with police personnel, on-site security guards, and other departments via radio or phone.

Assist with investigations:

Provide visual evidence and witness statements to police or other agencies to support investigations.

Support other security systems:

Depending on the role, may also assist in monitoring and verifying events from integrated systems, such as access control, fire alarms, or intrusion detection.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
