Job Description

Job Purpose:

To monitor CCTV surveillance systems across warehouse yards, docks, factory floors, and entry/exit gates to ensure security, safety, theft prevention, and smooth logistics operations..

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor

CCTV cameras

covering warehouse floors, loading bays, yards, parking areas, and factory premises. Track

vehicle movement

(inward & outward trucks, trailers, containers). Observe

loading/unloading activities

to prevent pilferage, damage, or process deviation. Verify

material handling procedures

and adherence to SOPs. Monitor

entry/exit of manpower

, vendors, and visitors. Theft, pilferage, or unauthorized movement Safety violations (PPE non-compliance, unsafe practices) Fire, accidents, or equipment misuse Review and retrieve

footage for incident investigation, audits, and claims

. Maintain

CCTV logs, incident reports, and shift handover notes

. Coordinate with

security guards, operations team, supervisors, and management

. Ensure

camera uptime

; report faults, blind spots, or recording failures. Support

internal audits, insurance claims, and compliance checks

.

Educational Qualifications and Skills Required:

Any Graduate Hands-on knowledge of

DVR/NVR systems

(Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, etc.) Ability to export and preserve video clips for investigations. Basic computer skills (email, Excel for logs). Familiarity with

warehouse layouts, dock operations, and factory workflows

(preferred). Certification or training in

CCTV Surveillance / Security Systems

preferred.

1-3 years experience

in logistics, warehouse, or factory surveillance (freshers with training may apply).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
