Job Summary:

The CCTV Surveillance Manager is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and managing all surveillance systems across retail stores and warehouse facilities. The role ensures the safety and security of company property, staff, and customers by proactively identifying and responding to any suspicious activities, operational discrepancies, or policy violations.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

Monitor

live CCTV footage from all retail outlets and warehouse areas to ensure smooth operations and safety compliance.

Identify & Report

any theft, pilferage, or suspicious behavior to management immediately.

Review Footage

for incident investigations and prepare reports with time-stamped evidence.

Maintain Systems:

Ensure all CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment are functioning and regularly serviced.

Coordinate

with store managers and the operations team for any technical or security concerns.

Data Security:

Safeguard recorded footage and ensure no unauthorized access or data leakage.

Compliance:

Follow company SOPs, security policies, and confidentiality guidelines.

Training:

Guide store staff on security awareness and the importance of surveillance compliance.

Audit Support:

Assist management during internal audits, stock loss investigations, and security reviews.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate or Diploma in Electronics/Security Systems preferred. Minimum

2-5 years of experience

in CCTV or retail surveillance management. Strong attention to detail with good observation and analytical skills. Familiarity with

CCTV systems, NVR/DVR software

, and video retrieval tools. Excellent communication and report-writing skills. Integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive information.

Work Schedule:

Flexible; must be available during retail operational hours, weekends, and special events.
