Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live CCTV feeds across the campus to identify suspicious or unsafe activities. Ensure continuous and effective operation of all CCTV cameras and surveillance equipment. Record, review, and retrieve CCTV footage as and when required by school management or authorities. Report any security breaches, misconduct, accidents, or unusual activities immediately to the concerned authority. Maintain confidentiality and ensure CCTV footage is accessed only by authorized personnel. Coordinate with the security team during emergencies, drills, or incidents. Maintain daily surveillance logs and incident reports. Ensure CCTV systems are functioning properly and report technical issues to the IT/Admin team for resolution. Assist in investigations by providing accurate footage and observations when required. Follow school safety policies, child protection guidelines, and data privacy norms.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma (preferred). Prior experience as a CCTV Operator or Security Surveillance Officer preferred. Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR operations, and surveillance protocols. Ability to remain alert, focused, and attentive for long periods. Good observation and reporting skills. Basic computer knowledge. High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.

Experience:

1-3 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers may be considered).

Pay: ?14,134.25 - ?50,000.00 per month
