Job Summary:

We are looking for a vigilant and detail-oriented

CCTV Operator

to monitor and manage our surveillance systems across office and warehouse premises. The ideal candidate should be alert, responsible, and capable of identifying and reporting any suspicious activity or security breach.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live CCTV footage across all company locations (office, warehouse, production units, etc.).

Ensure all cameras and recording systems are functioning properly. Record and report any suspicious movements, incidents, or safety concerns to the Admin/HR/Security team. Maintain proper logs of daily observations, incidents, and maintenance issues. Coordinate with the maintenance team for camera repairs or technical issues. Assist in retrieving and reviewing footage when required by management. Follow security and confidentiality protocols at all times. Adhere to shift schedules (day/night) and ensure seamless handover during shift change.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-10 years of experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar security control room role. Familiar with operating CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, and monitoring software. Good communication and observation skills. Ability to handle pressure situations and maintain alertness during long shifts. Basic knowledge of computer systems and reporting tools. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in manufacturing or corporate setups.

Pay: ₹10,294.69 - ₹30,000.00 per month
