Monitor live CCTV footage and ensure continuous surveillance of designated areas.
Identify, record, and report suspicious activities or security breaches to the Security Supervisor/Management.
Maintain accurate logs and prepare reports of daily surveillance activities.
Ensure CCTV equipment, recording devices, and related technology are functioning properly.
Assist in retrieving and reviewing recorded footage when required for investigations.
Coordinate with security staff during emergencies and provide visual support.
Follow company protocols and comply with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
Regularly check system performance and report any technical issues to the IT/Security team.
Support security audits and incident investigations with evidence from surveillance systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate (preferred).
Prior experience as a CCTV Operator or in security/surveillance is desirable.
Good knowledge of operating CCTV systems and other security equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert during long monitoring hours.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, report preparation).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Working Conditions:
Rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Long hours of screen monitoring with minimal physical movement.
