CCTV Operator - Electronics Retail

Working Hours:

12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

The CCTV Operator is responsible for monitoring surveillance systems within the electronics retail environment to prevent theft, ensure customer and staff safety, and protect store assets. The role requires constant vigilance, professionalism, and strict adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor CCTV cameras from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM across the retail floor, storage, and entry/exit points. Identify and report suspicious activities, shoplifting, or security incidents. Coordinate with store management and security staff when intervention is required. Maintain accurate incident logs and daily reports. Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems and report technical issues promptly. Maintain confidentiality and follow retail security procedures.

Requirements:

Freshers/Experience in CCTV monitoring, preferably in retail or electronics stores. Strong observation and communication skills. Ability to remain alert in a fast-paced retail environment. Professional appearance and conduct.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
