The Operations Excellence Executive (CCTV Audit) is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving operational efficiency through regular CCTV audits and compliance checks. The role ensures process adherence, identifies gaps in operations, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, safety, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily CCTV audits to monitor on-ground operations across various sites (e.g., stores, warehouses, or production units).
Identify deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs) and report non-compliance issues.
Prepare detailed audit reports and share findings with the operations and management teams.
Recommend corrective actions and assist in implementing process improvements.
Track and measure the effectiveness of corrective actions taken post-audit.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in operations, audits, or process excellence (CCTV audit experience preferred).
Strong analytical and observation skills.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Audit compliance percentage
Reduction in operational errors post-audit
Timely completion of audit reports
