We are looking for a skilled and motivated CCTV IT Technician to join our team and help support our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, DVRs/NVRs, and surveillance software. Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues related to surveillance systems. Run cables, terminate ends, and ensure secure and neat installations. Perform regular system maintenance and updates. Provide technical support and training to clients on system usage. Maintain documentation of installation, configurations, and service history. Coordinate with the team for site surveys and project planning.

Qualifications:

Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in CCTV and IT networking installations. Strong understanding of IP cameras, video management systems, and networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans. Good communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites in and around Anand.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with brands like Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, etc. Knowledge of biometric, access control, and alarm systems is a plus.
