Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and related security equipment.
Perform regular preventive maintenance and resolve on-site technical issues.
Conduct site surveys and provide recommendations on camera placement and cabling routes.
Troubleshoot network-related issues (IP cameras, routers, switches).
Coordinate with the technical team and update service reports on time.
Provide customer support, handle service calls, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Ensure quality standards and follow safety procedures during installations.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
3 years of experience
in CCTV installation and service.
Strong knowledge of IP & analog CCTV systems.
Hands-on experience with cabling, crimping, and network configuration.
Familiarity with NVR/DVR brands such as Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, etc.
Ability to diagnose and fix hardware/network issues independently.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field assignments efficiently.
Mandatory Requirements
Two-wheeler with valid driving license
.
Willingness to travel within Chennai and to nearby districts if required.
Education
Diploma / ITI / BE (ECE/EEE/CS) or any relevant technical qualification.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
