Key Responsibilities:

CCTV Monitoring and Analysis:

Regularly monitor live and recorded CCTV footage for unusual activities, security breaches, or incidents requiring further investigation.

Footage Management:

Organize and archive recorded footage, ensuring compliance with data storage policies and regulatory standards.

Incident Reporting:

Create detailed reports for incidents observed on CCTV, providing necessary evidence and documentation.

System Maintenance:

Coordinate with the IT and maintenance teams to ensure CCTV equipment is fully functional and up-to-date.

Security Collaboration:

Work closely with the security team to assist with investigations and implement best practices for surveillance.

Compliance and Data Protection:

Ensure all operations adhere to relevant legal standards and privacy policies related to CCTV and video data.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within security, facilities management, or surveillance. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain focus for extended periods. Familiarity with CCTV systems, video recording, and data storage solutions. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Basic knowledge of data protection and privacy laws related to video surveillance is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in a security or facilities management role. Certification in CCTV operations or security management. Proficiency with video management software and basic IT troubleshooting.
