Report incidents:
Immediately report any detected threats, incidents, or safety hazards to the appropriate management or authorities.
Maintain logs and reports:
Keep accurate records of surveillance activities and create daily/weekly reports on system performance and incidents.
Ensure equipment functionality:
Oversee the proper operation of CCTV equipment, coordinate with technical teams for maintenance and repairs, and report issues.
Implement security protocols:
Follow established security procedures, assist in investigations, and help protect company assets and personnel.
