To ensure 24x7 surveillance of the premises through active monitoring of CCTV systems, identifying and reporting any suspicious activities, technical issues, or safety breaches.

Key Responsibilities

:

Live Monitoring

Incident Management

Immediately alert concerned teams/security personnel in case of suspicious activities. Maintain an incident log/report for any events or breaches detected.

System Checks & Maintenance

Perform daily system health checks of CCTV hardware and software. Report any malfunctioning cameras or recording issues to the IT/maintenance team.

Footage Management

Retrieve and archive video footage upon request for audits or investigations. Ensure backups are stored as per company policy.

Compliance & Confidentiality

Follow company policies related to surveillance and data protection. Maintain strict confidentiality of all footage and observations.

Coordination

Work closely with the Security, Admin, departments.

Skills & Qualifications

:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate Basic computer literacy (Excel, email, system handling) Attention to detail and quick decision-making

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
