Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated

CCTV Engineer

to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV and surveillance systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with various CCTV brands, DVR/NVR systems, IP cameras, and networking basics.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and test CCTV systems including cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and associated network equipment. Conduct site surveys and determine the best locations for camera installation. Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of surveillance systems. Ensure proper cabling (Cat6, fiber, etc.) and connectivity for stable video transmission. Maintain records of installations, maintenance, and service activities. Provide technical support and training to clients on system usage. Upgrade software/firmware of surveillance systems when required. Coordinate with vendors and IT/networking teams for integrated security solutions. Ensure compliance with safety and security standards during installation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field. Proven experience in CCTV installation and maintenance. Strong understanding of IP and analog camera systems. Basic knowledge of networking (IP addressing, routers, switches). Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in CCTV or Networking (Any) is a plus. Experience in access control, alarm systems, or integrated security systems.

Working Conditions:

Field-based role with travel to installation sites. Flexible to work during off-hours for urgent service calls or maintenance.
