Responsibilities

Install CCTV cameras and surveillance systems in various locations Maintain and repair existing CCTV systems Perform regular system inspections to ensure optimal performance Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with CCTV equipment Collaborate with security and IT teams to integrate and maintain surveillance systems Provide training and support to end-users on system operation Document system configurations, maintenance activities, and service logs Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in video surveillance
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or in a similar role Strong understanding of video surveillance systems and associated technologies Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective communication and customer service skills Physical ability to perform installations in various environments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
