Job Description

A dynamic company specializing in comprehensive technology solutions including Networking, Projector Sales & Services, NAS Drives, CCTV Projects, Printer Sales & Services, Firewalls, Biometric & Access Control Systems, Router Configurations, and more, are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Engineer to support and execute multiple projects across our diverse range of services. The successful candidate will work closely with our technical team to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot various IT and security infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (cameras, DVRs/NVRs, cabling, etc.). Troubleshoot and repair CCTV hardware and software issues. Conduct site surveys for new CCTV installations. Perform routine system checks and preventative maintenance. Integrate CCTV systems with other security or IT infrastructure. Document all installations, maintenance, and repairs. Provide technical support and training to users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field. Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, and network video recording. Proficiency in cabling (Cat5e/6, fiber optic), crimping, and termination. Familiarity with various CCTV software and VMS platforms. Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routers, switches). Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and customer service skills. Proven experience as a CCTV Engineer or similar role.
