CCTV, Lift & Intercom Technician (Metro Station Projects)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a

technician with hands-on experience in CCTV, intercom, lift (elevator) systems

, and

basic networking

, preferably with experience working on

metro stations or public infrastructure projects

. The ideal candidate

must hold an ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

and be comfortable working in large-scale, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

CCTV & Networking:

Install and configure

IP/analog CCTV cameras

at metro stations. Setup and maintenance of

NVRs/DVRs

, switches, and Po E equipment. Perform

network configuration

: IP assignment, port forwarding, etc. Ensure video feeds are connected to control rooms and monitored zones.

Lift (Elevator) Systems:

Assist in the installation, wiring, and testing of

elevator systems

. Perform periodic maintenance and safety checks on lift controls and electricals. Work with OEM lift control panels (basic troubleshooting and diagnostics). Follow metro safety protocols during lift shaft work or confined space entry.

Intercom Systems:

Install and test

intercom and public address (PA) systems

. Configure intercoms between control rooms, stations, and platforms. Integrate intercoms with security systems or emergency panels. Diagnose faults in wiring, speakers, or connectivity.

Metro Station Worksite Responsibilities:

Coordinate with metro authorities and follow strict safety guidelines. Work during night shifts or non-operational hours, if required. Submit daily work reports and documentation to the supervisor.

Mandatory Qualifications:

ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

(must) Minimum 1-3 years of field experience in any of the following: CCTV/Networking installation Intercom systems Elevator/Lift wiring and support Basic understanding of electrical safety, single-phase/three-phase wiring Willingness to work at metro station sites or infrastructure projects Ability to read wiring diagrams and route plans

Preferred Skills:

Experience in metro projects or government contracts Knowledge of access control, fire alarms, or other security systems Familiarity with brands like Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, KONE, Otis, etc.

Working Conditions:

Field/site-based work, including outdoor and underground stations Night shifts and weekend availability as per metro scheduling PPE and safety gear must be worn at all times Must follow metro project safety and compliance rules strictly

Salary Range:

Based on project type and experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
