CCTV Technician minimum 1.5 year's experience biometric access control cabaling

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Configuration:

Setting up CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs, and other components.

Maintenance and Repair:

Addressing technical problems, repairing equipment, and ensuring the system operates efficiently.

Troubleshooting:

Identifying and resolving issues such as signal loss, connectivity problems, and software malfunctions.

System Design and Planning:

Designing and recommending improvements to CCTV systems, including site surveys and upgrades.

Technical Support:

Assisting users with system configuration, troubleshooting, and providing guidance on optimal system utilization.

Compliance:

Adhering to safety protocols, particularly when handling hazardous materials.

Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service, addressing user issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Documentation:

Maintaining records of system installations, maintenance, and repairs.

Training:

Providing training to customers or other personnel on how to operate the CCTV system.
