Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, test, and maintain

CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, IP cameras, and related equipment

. Perform

troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair

of CCTV systems to ensure minimal downtime. Conduct regular

inspection, preventive maintenance, and firmware upgrades

for security systems. Integrate CCTV systems with

access control, networking, and monitoring software

. Provide

technical support

and resolve on-site/remote CCTV issues in a timely manner. Maintain proper

documentation of installations, service reports, and inventory of spare parts

. Ensure compliance with

safety and security standards

while handling equipment and cabling. Train and guide junior staff or end-users in operating CCTV systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in

Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field

. Proven experience (2-5 years) in

CCTV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

. Strong knowledge of

IP-based CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, video management software (VMS), and networking concepts

. Ability to read and interpret

circuit diagrams, layouts, and technical manuals

. Hands-on experience in

cabling, power supply installation, and system integration

. Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team with flexibility for fieldwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in

CCTV / Networking / Security Systems

. Experience with

biometric access control, fire alarm systems, or building management systems (BMS)

.
Knowledge of

remote monitoring tools and cloud-based CCTV solutions

.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
