Observe live and recorded CCTV footage to identify suspicious or unauthorized activities.
Ensure all cameras are functioning correctly and report malfunctions promptly.
Record and report security breaches, unusual activities, or emergencies to the appropriate authorities or management.
Maintain accurate logs of incidents, activities, and system issues.
Coordinate with security staff to manage access and prevent unauthorized entry.
Act as the first point of contact during emergencies, such as fire, theft, or medical incidents.
Notify emergency services or on-site security teams when necessary.
Liaise with on-ground security teams to address and resolve issues effectively.
Provide real-time updates during security incidents.
Maintain backups of CCTV recordings for legal or investigative purposes.
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
Conduct routine inspections of CCTV systems to ensure optimal performance.
Perform basic troubleshooting or escalate technical issues to IT or maintenance teams.
Analyze recorded footage to assist in investigations.
Identify trends or patterns of suspicious behavior for proactive security measures.
