Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related surveillance equipment.
Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of CCTV systems to ensure uninterrupted functioning.
Monitor live camera feeds and recorded footage to identify suspicious activities or security breaches.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cameras, cabling, storage devices, and network connectivity.
Ensure proper positioning, focus, and coverage of cameras as per security requirements.
Maintain records of installations, maintenance activities, and incident reports.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repair, replacement, or upgrades of CCTV equipment.
Ensure compliance with company security policies and legal guidelines related to surveillance and data privacy.
Respond promptly to system alerts, breakdowns, or security incidents.
Provide basic training and support to staff on CCTV system usage and safety protocols.
Ensure timely backup and secure storage of surveillance footage.
Assist management and security teams by providing footage and technical support during investigations.
