Job Description

The CCTV Auditing Trainee(Female) will be responsible for observing store activities through live CCTV footage to maintain a safe, efficient, and customer-centric environment. The role focuses on ensuring customer delight by monitoring adherence to service standards, identifying areas for improvement, and maintaining the store's operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor interactions between staff and customers to ensure high service standards are maintained. Identify and report any incidents that may negatively impact the customer experience. Observe store activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies. Report any irregularities, such as theft, overcrowding, or operational inefficiencies, in real-time. Ensure staff compliance with operational and service standards. Provide actionable feedback on areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain a detailed log of observed incidents and report them to the relevant department. Assist in the retrieval of footage for specific investigations when required

graduate degree
