Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our technical team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV, networking, and security systems at client locations. Key Responsibilities Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and networking equipment. Perform cabling, crimping, and routing for CCTV and data networks. Diagnose and repair system faults and connectivity issues. Provide on-site technical support and maintenance services. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of completed works. Maintain customer satisfaction through professional service and communication. Requirements ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in CCTV or networking installation/service. Knowledge of Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, or similar CCTV systems. Basic understanding of IP configuration and networking concepts. Ability to work independently and handle client interactions.
