Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. Resolve customer queries and complaints with empathy and clarity. Provide product or service-related information as per process requirements. Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems. Achieve performance metrics like call quality, resolution rate, and CSAT score. Work in collaboration with team leads to improve customer satisfaction.
