Your future team:

CCOR Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) team works with management to ensure all Asset & Wealth Management activities satisfy the pertinent legal and regulatory requirements of their respective countries and regions. It also provides guidance and education to employees to promote compliance with applicable conduct-of-business regulations, banking and securities regulations, and policies governing Asset & Wealth Management's different businesses.

What you will be responsible for:

  • AWM CCOR lead for policy, procedure and document governance; act as single point of contact for 1LOD counterparts within AWM and USWM, firmwide Office of Document Governance Team and AWM CCOR document owners and contacts
  • AWM CCOR lead for OLO firmwide program, including the evaluation of AWM CCOR owned legal obligations that require mapping to procedures that document manner of compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Act as Code of Conduct Ambassador for AWM Global (replaces and consolidates former Code Specialist designation)
  • Manage AWM CCOR regulatory communications approach, including Compliance Bulletins through execution of AWM CCOR routines across sub-LOB to maintain pipeline of communications
  • Drive execution of the AWM CCOR governance framework, including formulating procedures, compliance routines, facilitating working sessions, execution of project plans, and other activities
  • Work in close collaboration with AWM and USWM CCOR and Legal subject matter experts and other stakeholders across regions to ensure execution of the Legal & Regulatory Change Management (LRCM) framework for these lines of business
What skills and experiences we are looking for:
  • 12+ years of experience in leading programs in Compliance, Operational Risk, Controls or management consulting independently with direct reporting to senior management
  • Leadership experience in policy and regulatory change management in Financial Services
  • Strong experience in working with regulatory control functions within Financial Services
  • Proven track record of managing senior stakeholders and building consensus within organization
  • Facility in providing provide succinct and clear communications (verbal and written) across complex subject matter to stakeholders and senior AWM Compliance management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate key messages, and simplify complex business situations
  • Experience as both a team player and leader who is flexible and can maintain a high level of performance on high demand/time-sensitive initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint; certification in Alteryx or other analytics tools a plus
  • Bachelors or Master's Degree (or equivalent)
  • Working Hours: 1:30pm to 10:30pm India Time (4am to 1pm NY Time)
